The development newsletter will be released once a month with the aim of informing everyone of the work that the development staff in the TDRU are performing around the district (Townsville, Charters Towers, Burdekin & Ingham). The development program was established over 25 years ago and has been in place ever since. The work is carried out by Development Coordinator Blair Morgan and Development Officer Jack Andreassen. It is through this program that has ensured the growth of local Rugby Union. This year the development staff have seen close to 30 000 kids and visited over 100 schools in the district.
