A huge Congratulations to U17 Brolgas Teenage Girls coach Mitch Bebb and Teachers West teenage superstar Daisy D’Arcy who were both named to represent the Queensland Grey U17 Girls side for the National Youth 7’s Championships!
This will be Daisey’s second National Youth 7’s Championships after being selected to play in last years team. This will cap off another unreal rugby year for Daisy, after she stared at the recent Townsville Teenage 7’s as well as playing for the UQ Womens development side in the recent AON 7’s series.
Mitch on the other hand will wear the QLD coaching colours for the first time. A massive reward for a man who has put countless hours of work into developing Teenage Girls rugby in the Townsville region.
The pair have been down on the Sunshine Coast the last few weeks preparing for the Championships to be held across this weekend. Well done and best of luck Mitch and Daisy. Stay tuned for results…
