Wallabies legend David Campese will head to Townsville as part of the events surrounding the Rugby Championship Double Header at Queensland Country Bank Stadium next week. Not content with just sitting in the Stan Sport commentary box, Campo will be out and about in the community rubbing shoulders with the Rugby faithfull of Townsville as part of his crusade to develop the Skills of Country Rugby’s volunteer coaches.
Campo will be running a free ‘Coaching Rugby Skills Clinic’ at Mike Carney Toyota Park from 5:30pm on Friday the 24th of September and is inviting all local coaches both Junior and Senior along to help work together in developing the Wallabies of the Future.
