The Santos Q7s State Championship is Queensland’s largest school rugby sevens competition, bringing together teams from across the state to compete for Queensland supremacy. Schools first battle through regional qualifying tournaments in areas including North Queensland, Central Queensland, Sunshine Coast, Darling Downs, South Coast and Metro regions. The top teams then advance to the State Finals in Brisbane, where the best 16 teams in each division (Boys & Girls U18, U16 and U14) compete in two days of fast-paced, elite rugby sevens.
